Refund policy

 

Only on non-sale items, within 14 days of delivery, with a 10% restocking fee, unless exchanged for another sheet.

Our policy lasts 14 days from when you get them.

After 14 days, only new and unused insoles may be exchanged for store credit

10% Restocking Fee.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original/new condition.

HOW TO RETURN

To return your product, please email zaman@mygotooz.com to initiate the return.

PROCESSING TIMELINE

We understand that returns are not fun, so we work as hard as we can to process your return ASAP.

This can typically mean 1-2 business days. In order to expedite the return, please include photos with your email describing the issues you are experiencing.

RESTOCKING FEE - 10%

We have to charge a modest 10% restocking fee to help with the costs of inspecting, and processing your return order. 

This applies to insoles that are returned and accepted, but not exchanged, for a full refund. We can send you a prepaid return label, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges for a different size are exempt from the restocking fee.

Non-returnable Goods

We cannot accept insoles that have been cut, or used. 

To Note

To complete your return, we will require the order number for the sale and proof of the purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We exchange sizes or damaged/defective goods for FREE within 14 days of delivery.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zaman@mygotooz.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
